SELF – which stands for Special Education Leader Fellowship – is a New Orleans-based nonprofit whose mission is to empower schools to be welcoming and effective communities for all students by developing the capacity of stakeholders through coaching, guidance in systems development and collaborative training.
The organization believes in the potential of every student, and that educators must take responsibility for students’ success. Its charitable framework focuses on training teachers and school leaders to build high-impact programs for diverse learners.
