Maintaining mental health through a pandemic

The toughest part of living through a pandemic may be that there is no rule book for how to do so. In March, the Kaiser Family Foundation found that nearly half of American adults say that the coronavirus has harmed their mental health.

Almost four months into the pandemic, mental health crises increase. Much coronavirus-related stress comes from the uncertainty we currently face. When, if ever, will things go back to normal? How much longer will we live in fear and isolation?

Mental Health America has created a resource page for those suffering with depression and other mental health issues.
