A new New Orleans neighborhood – The River District

This year, River District Neighborhood Investors (RDNI) – an all-star team of local and national real estate, design and construction professionals – was awarded the opportunity by the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center to develop the last parcel of undeveloped land in New Orleans’ historic core along the Mississippi River.

Appropriately named The River District, it is a legacy project inclusive in its design. It is a once-in-a-lifetime catalytic boost for the community and an opportunity to both acknowledge and create history.

The vision is a new New Orleans neighborhood, integrated into the fabric of the city, while retaining its own character.
