Kick off the charitable season on #GivingTuesday, Nov. 27, with #iGiveCatholic – a community-wide online giving event that inspires the Catholic community to unite and give back to the organizations that shape our souls: Parishes, schools and nonprofit ministries.
Launched in 2015 by the Catholic Foundation of the Archdiocese of New Orleans, #iGiveCatholic raised $1.36 million for 112 local organizations in its first year. Now a national program, $3.6 million was raised last year within 17 dioceses. Twenty-nine participating dioceses representing more than 2,500 organizations – spanning from Alaska to New Jersey – will take part in 2018.
