The Entrepreneurial Spirit

by The 100 Companies

Recently four of the Gambel Girls began sideline companies. This got me thinking- what makes an entrepreneur? The most important characteristic is passion. Next is thought leadership. Our value is offering ideas that will position clients and partners for success.

Entrepreneurs are forward-thinking and open-minded, inspired by a constant flow of ideas. They become catalysts for change by trying new things and being innovative. They take risks. If you’re content, you aren’t growing. Become comfortable with being uncomfortable. Entrepreneurs identify an opportunity and seize the moment.

An environment that encourages employees to create will cultivate the entrepreneurial spirit.
