In recognition of International Women’s Day, March 8, our all-female PR firm believes that rather than emulate men, women should leverage skills that are natural for them such as cooperation, empathy, sensitivity and relationships.
My role model, Lindy Boggs, former Louisiana Congresswoman, advocated that we as a country make better decisions when many voices are heard. While it is essential that all women become involved in issues, it is critical for more women to take stronger strides in political and business arenas where they can bring people together, find common ground and improve the quality of life for all.
