Boosting employee morale one ice cream at a time

Employee morale is key to a company’s success. According to Marcus Erb of Entrepreneur, a company can boost morale by mixing up its usual way of doing things and having fun.

West and Midwest Vice President of Sales and Operations Brad Hall helped employees do just that when he surprised the New Orleans-area team with an ice cream treat at an operations leadership meeting. By shaking things up in the office, Hall lifted employee spirits.
