Plush Appeal to the rescue

In the midst of quarantine, “Purple Bear,” a stuffed toy caught at Mardi Gras that became a local little girl’s faithful companion, went missing. Her mom remembered his tag said Plush Appeal, so she called in hopes of securing a replacement.

We searched high and low until our amazing employees, Frances and Shorty, found an almost identical purple bear and happiness was restored! Soon thereafter, to everyone’s delight, the original Purple Bear was found. His “twin” is now tucked away for safekeeping.

In times like these, we all need a little pick-me-up. We hope this story made you smile too.
