Founded in 1974, the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts (NOCCA) is celebrating 50 years of inspiring arts education. With full-day, half-day and after-school attendance options, NOCCA offers training in classical instrumental music, creative writing, culinary arts, dance, drama, entertainment production design, media arts, jazz, musical theatre, visual arts and vocal music to students from throughout the New Orleans metropolitan region.

Its innovative high school curriculum, called the Academic Studio, emphasizes collaboration, project-based learning, interdisciplinary inquiry, creativity and mentorship by intellectuals who are experts in their fields. Join the NOCCA Circle by making a donation to the NOCCA Foundation here.
