Since 2016, Operation Restoration has grown from one person operating with help from friends and family to a staff of nearly 50 employees providing more than 7,700 services to some 1,200 clients annually.
Despite its phenomenal growth, the organization’s mission remains steadfast – support women and girls impacted by incarceration to recognize their full potential, restore their lives and discover new possibilities.
Among the 15 programs it provides is the Lab Assistant Training, an intensive eight-week curriculum that gives students a chance to become certified medical lab assistants. More than 70 students have graduated from the program over the past year.
