An established program that has produced some of the South’s finest chefs, Delgado Culinary Arts prepares students for careers in the fast-paced food preparation industry. Opportunities exist for culinary and baking and pastry instruction. Graduates earn degrees plus industry certifications from the National Restaurant Association and the American Culinary Federation.
Delgado’s Hospitality Management program provides instruction to succeed in the hospitality industry. Students study hospitality operations and management; travel and tourism; hospitality revenue management; law; food and beverage management; and convention management. Graduates obtain entry-level and mid-management positions or can advance to the baccalaureate programs at UNO.
