The deadline to vote is coming up on Tuesday, Oct. 15. Here are some resources and reminders to help you prepare for the upcoming election is Nov. 5:

• Visit GeauxVote.com by Tuesday, Oct. 15 to ensure you’re registered to vote.

• Registered voters can log in to the Voter Portal to view a sample ballot.

• You must be registered at least 20 days prior to an election if registering through the GeauxVote Online Registration System or 30 days prior to an election if registering in person or by mail to be eligible to vote in that particular election.
