Growing up in the family business, Marc Eagan learned the value of customer service at an early age and integrated this management philosophy into all facets of Eagan Insurance, where he has served as president since 1988.
Marc is a hands-on leader, both at the office and in the community. When others were struggling to stay afloat after Hurricane Katrina, Marc went into action, working closely with the State Department of Insurance to identify new carriers who would listen to the story of our renewal and take a chance on Louisiana.
Marc has received many local, regional and national honors, including the IIABL’s (Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of Louisiana) Lifetime Achievement Award. Recently, he was named to the prestigious “Hot 100” list by Insurance Business America magazine.
Marc is a world-renowned sailor, having won numerous international championships.
The Eagan name has become synonymous with insurance in New Orleans and the surrounding areas. Marc’s four adult children are now actively involved in the agency, continuing the Eagan tradition of family values, excellence and giving back to the community.
