End of year gratitude

by The 100 Companies

As the year closes, I reflect on gratitude not to ignore difficulties but to heighten awareness of the good. While my father’s death in April is still difficult, it has yielded bountiful benefits such as:

Recognizing my own self-worth.

Appreciating value in others.

Forging stronger relationships with family and friends.

Reevaluating priorities.

Caring for myself.

Embracing spirituality.

Setting new goals.

Easing worries.

Some tips to practice gratitude:

Journal regularly.

Take four minutes to write what you appreciate.

Select something that redirects you towards gratitude.

Share with others why you appreciate them.

Send a note to someone who has impacted you.
