Geaux Far Louisiana | Strategic Plan Retreat: Hamilton Simons-Jones

Hamilton Simons-Jones, a member of the Geaux Far coalition, shares some insight into our organization’s five goals:

• A Family and Provider Driven System

• A Net that Works

• A Healthy Start

• Child Care for Everybody, Everywhere

• Family-Friendly Workplaces

Each of these goals highlights a specific piece that will help Geaux Far Louisiana create an equitable, unified, child- and family-centered early childhood system. These goals will be led by different implementation partners that are a part of the coalition. Louisiana’s children and caregivers deserve a holistic plan for support that takes into account the great value of different backgrounds, expertise and relationships.
